ORGAN RECITAL BY TOM WILKINSON

The Scottish organist and choral conductor, Tom Wilkinson, studied at St Mary’s Music School and went on to become Organ Scholar of Truro Cathedral, Cornwall. In 2004 he took up the Organ Scholarship at The Queen’s College, Oxford, and graduated with first-class honours in Music in 2007. In the same year, he took the Fellowship Diploma of the Royal College of Organists.

At St Andrews he conducts St Salvator’s Chapel Choir and oversees the music in St Leonard’s Chapel. Tom is currently working on a PhD on the music of J.S. Bach and his composer sons. Alongside a specialism in Baroque music, he is known as a fine exponent of contemporary repertoire.
